A research-based, transformative practice of fundamental relaxation and meditative inquiry, this practice releases negative emotions and thought patterns and develops a deep capacity to meet, greet, welcome and respond to any and all circumstances you may encounter in life.
Classes include gentle warm-ups, restorative yoga, and a guided iRest Yoga Nidra practice. No prior experience necessary.
